We bring you an eclectic selection of all things French; ranging from personal family history to the Frenches who served on The Victory at Trafalgar and from French émigrés to places with a French connection. The site is dedicated to the memory of my parents Arthur and Laura FRENCH.
The photo is of Arthur and Laura’s wedding in August 1939. The ceremony was held at St. Clement’s Church in Poole, Dorset.
